Inspection Comments Today's Follow-up inspection identified that measures were taken by the food service to ensure RTE-TCS foods were not held beyond date marking disposition (i.e., 7-day use) and cooling methods were appropriately used. Once again, the yellow placard was missing and was not present in the location where the inspector had posted it. A green satisfactory compliance placard was posted at the window next to the front entrance at approximately 10 a.m. The markings on the green placard reflect the violations identified during the routine inspection on April 17, 2023.
